		<description>This is genius, and yet seems so obvious an innovation!  Leave it to Slayer to create such an impressive machine with such reliable technology.  I have just been living with steam capacity restrictions thinking they were the norm, and had just gotten used to them over time.  Thanks for challenging my assumption!</description>

		<description>Thanks for your comment, Will. Others are having this same challenge as well.  It&#039;s strange how cafes will start sharing their frustration with fading steam power and brew temp stability almost as soon as the topic is raised.  It&#039;s almost like a repressed reality waiting for a breakthrough moment, which is odd because we are such a talkative industry as a rule.  Maybe no one realizes that this does not have to be the case. You can have brew temperature stability and the steam capacity to keep up!</description>
